When communicating with Accusoft support, sometimes you may need to transfer sensitive files to aid with troubleshooting.
Accusoft offers two methods for transferring sensitive information securely to our support team:
- Google Drive File Upload - The file upload can be found on the ticket responses either through the customer ticket portal, or directly on the email responses provided by support. Please look for the button below on ticket responses to access the file upload site, or ask the support team for the link:
- SFTP Transfer - To send files to our SFTP server, request SFTP credentials from the support team (which will give you access to log into the secure channel) and submit the files.
Additionally, handling sensitive information correctly is a priority for Accusoft, and tickets which require files that contain sensitive information to properly troubleshoot will be marked with a special parameter that ensures the documents are removed from Accusoft systems upon ticket closure.
Once your files have been deleted at the closure of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation.
