How long do you provide support for a specific version of your product?

Question

As a customer, I'd like to know amount of time that you will continue supporting specific versions so that I can plan our releases ahead of time. Do you have end of life (EOLs) for specific products


All our products follow our support policy, which can be found here. Below is a quick summary:

  • The current major version the product receives full support.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue support for a product two years after its last release or when a new major version is introduced.
  • Older Versions: While limited technical assistance may be provided at our discretion, defect fixes are only available in the latest version.


Note: we do not have explicit end-of-life dates.

 


What if I Encounter Issues on Older Versions?

If you run into a problem with an older version, a fix might already exist in a past release. You can:

  • Check previous release notes for updates or resolved defects.
  • Contact Support: Reach out to support@accusoft.com for guidance on whether a fix is available or if upgrading is advised.
