You have several options to send files to Accusoft.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
You can send an attachment via email, and it will be attached to the ticket. You can do this on new tickets or as a reply. This does have some limitations.
- The file size is limited to 20MB.
- Your organization may block this.
- NOT recommended for sensitive/secure files.
Support Portal
If you are viewing an existing ticket or creating a new ticket, you can click the 'Upload Attachment' button and upload your file to the ticket. This does have some limitation as well.

Large File Upload Portal
We offer a Large File Upload portal for files of any size available here at https://mysupport.accusoft.com/FileUpload/.
This is a secure upload and your file will be encrypted in storage. This is our recommend method for senesitive files.
This is also listed in each reply email.
If you use the link in the reply the ticket number is filled in automatically. Else you can fill the ticket number in in the Large File Upload Portal. A ticket number is not required but highly encouraged. Files without a ticket number will be delayed in processing.
The Large File Upload also has the advantage of having direct links to the PrizmDoctor Log File Collection tool.
SFTP
If you have security policies that prevent HTTPS file uploads we do have a SFTP site available.
Please request an SFTP site for your company at support@accusoft.com or through the Support Portal. Please note all all individuals who will need access to this SFTP site in your request.
Please allow 2 business days to complete setup.
This SFTP site will be dedicated for your company and will have individual login credentials for all users.
