How can I access my older support tickets

Accusoft Support Portal was switched in July 2024 to improve our customer support services.

We could not migrate the previously closed tickets into the new Support Portal.

Those tickets are archived and are available for viewing in the Customer Portal my.accusoft.com

From there, you will need to:
Navigate to the Support Tab

Click the link for Archived Tickets



Or you can go directly to the Archived Ticket URL
