What are the default ticket filters in footprints used for?

What are the default ticket filters in FootPrints used for? The filters are "My Open Cases", "Needful", "Danger Zone", "New Requests", "All Open", "Recently Closed", "Backlog Swarm".


My Open Cases

This filter displays all tickets assigned to you.

Needful

This filter displays all tickets which you should try to address by end of business day.

Danger Zone

This filter displays all tickets which were still in your needful filter by the end of the last business day. You should make sure to address these when you can.

New Requests

This filter displays all tickets with status "New". You don't need to worry about this unless you are responsible for dispatching new tickets.

All Open

This filter displays all open tickets, regardless of the assigned technician.

Recently Closed

This filter displays all tickets closed within the last month.

Backlog Swarm

This filter displays aging tickets that have yet to be closed. We would like to close these quickly if possible, and should always be looking for ways we can address them.
